Xerox
Interactive Training, LMS Development, Documentation Systems
In 2012, Xerox needed a comprehensive solution to train, certify, and manage its national network of delivery carriers and installers. These teams are responsible for transporting, installing, and testing Xerox’s full range of machines and accessories—often in environments with strict customer-specific requirements. The company also needed a way to maintain, update, and distribute vast amounts of technical documentation tied to machines, accessories, change orders, and customer bulletins.

OUR ROLE TRAINING & CERTIFICATION DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT HIGHLIGHTS OUTCOME

Our Role
MAXMedia Partners was selected to design and manage a complete training and documentation ecosystem. The solution began with deep consultation across Xerox engineering teams, executive leadership, customer sites, and the 45+ logistics and transportation carriers serving Xerox nationwide.
MMP built an interactive LMS platform, produced all training content, and established a certification process aligned with real-world installation standards, safety expectations, and security requirements. Over time, Xerox expanded the engagement to include full documentation management—entrusting MMP with handling, organizing, and updating more than 200,000 documents.
