Supreme Lending — National Conference LED Wall Content Production
Engineering a 140-foot panoramic LED environment with custom-designed content for a national leadership event.
MAXMedia Partners was engaged to concept, design, and deliver a complete visual ecosystem for Supreme Lending’s ultra-wide digital stage—three native 8K LED walls combined into a 140’ x 28’ panoramic canvas. Our team built a custom virtual model to develop, preview, and refine every asset, ensuring each animation, presentation frame, and iMAG layout rendered flawlessly in a highly unconventional format.

Background & Objectives
Supreme Lending’s national conference featured a three-day general session built around an unconventional digital stage: three 8K LED walls stitched together into a 140-foot by 28-foot panoramic display. The production team needed a partner capable of designing content for an extreme aspect ratio, delivering both aesthetic impact and technical precision.

The objectives were straightforward and demanding:
• Develop a cohesive visual system that felt intentional across a 140-foot surface.
• Create presentation, iMAG, and animation assets that behaved predictably in a nonstandard format.
• Engineer a workflow that allowed the client to accurately preview content before show day.
• Ensure all final assets met native 8K resolution requirements without sacrificing clarity or motion fidelity.
Our Role
MAXMedia Partners served as the creative and technical engine behind all on-screen content for the event. We began by building a custom virtual stage model scaled precisely to the three-wall configuration. This environment became the backbone of the entire project—allowing us to design, test, and present content exactly as it would appear in the ballroom.

Our team created a full suite of deliverables, including animated sequences, panoramic backgrounds, keynote frames, transitional effects, and multi-format layouts built to support iMAG, presentations, and specialty playback. Every asset was designed with the panoramic geometry in mind.

Once approved, we executed a meticulous upscaling workflow to deliver true-resolution files for three side-by-side 8K LED walls. This ensured perfect clarity and seamless edge-to-edge playback during the live show.
