Background & Objectives
Soccerex USA needed a production partner capable of managing complex AV requirements across multiple environments—mainstage sessions, panel discussions, breakout rooms, exhibitor activations, press zones, and pitch-adjacent programming.
With a diverse international audience, the event also required seamless interpretation systems and communication workflows that could serve presenters, delegates, media outlets, and remote contributors.

The objective was clear: deliver a technically flawless conference that met global broadcast expectations, supported dozens of exhibitors, and facilitated open, multilingual communication among high-level football stakeholders from around the world.
Our Role
MAXMedia Partners served as the event’s AV integrator and technical command center. We engineered and operated all audiovisual systems across the conference footprint, including general sessions, breakouts, trade show activations, and media zones.

We coordinated closely with interpreters, global broadcast partners, and international media crews to ensure language access and signal routing remained consistent throughout the event.
