Soccerex USA brought more than 2,000 executives, club representatives, league officials, media partners, investors, and industry leaders from around the world together for its premier U.S. conference. With attendees traveling from every major football market, the event demanded a production approach that could accommodate international standards, multilingual communication, and a highly flexible broadcast-and-trade-show environment.

Our Role
MAXMedia Partners was contracted to provide full AV systems, technical direction, and on-site support for the multi-day event. Our team engineered and managed all audiovisual deployments—general sessions, breakout spaces, press zones, pitch-side activations, exhibitor booths, and the trade show floor. We ensured every stakeholder group—attendees, presenters, panelists, media partners, and remote contributors—had seamless access to the event’s content and communication platforms.
Global language integration was a central requirement. MMP coordinated with interpreters, media crews, translation vendors, and international broadcast outlets to guarantee communication clarity across all sessions.
