In 2023, eBay launched a comprehensive Intern Training Program for its Berlin, Germany office—an initiative designed to attract top talent, provide structured onboarding, and create a clear pathway for long-term employment within the company. To support the program, eBay needed content that combined corporate culture, European workforce expectations, and best practices in early-career development.

Our Role
MAXMedia Partners was contracted to conceptualize, script, produce, and deliver a full suite of training videos and companion written materials. The content needed to speak equally well to new candidates, selected interns, and internal stakeholders responsible for shaping the next generation of eBay talent.

MMP’s approach blended U.S.-based creative direction with German-based production, allowing eBay to avoid the high cost of transporting a large American crew while ensuring cultural fluency, linguistic accuracy, and a smooth on-site workflow.
