The Challenge

Soccerex USA is not a typical conference. It operates at the intersection of global sport, media, and business, with expectations shaped by international football federations, professional clubs, and worldwide broadcasters.
The event demanded flawless audiovisual execution across general sessions, breakout rooms, press areas, exhibitor booths, and the trade show floor—while simultaneously supporting live interpretation, global media workflows, and real-time collaboration among international stakeholders.
The Strategy
Soccerex USA required an AV partner that could think globally and execute locally. Our approach centered on building a modular, standards-driven production environment that could scale across multiple spaces while maintaining consistent quality for international audiences.
We designed the event’s AV infrastructure as a unified ecosystem rather than a collection of isolated rooms. This allowed interpretation systems, media feeds, exhibitor workflows, and broadcast requirements to coexist without conflict. Particular emphasis was placed on language accessibility, signal reliability, and redundancy planning to meet the expectations of global football organizations and international press.

Execution
MAXMedia Partners deployed a dedicated technical team to manage every production layer of the conference. From pre-event system design through on-site operation, our engineers and operators oversaw general sessions, panels, breakout rooms, press areas, and the trade show floor as a single integrated environment.
Multilingual interpretation systems were installed and tested across key spaces, ensuring real-time language access for international attendees and media. Audio, video, and data signals were routed to accommodate live interpretation, recording, press distribution, and exhibitor demonstrations without interruption.
Throughout the event, our team provided continuous on-site support, rapidly adapting to schedule changes, speaker needs, and media requests. High-volume routing and redundancy systems ensured uninterrupted delivery across all sessions, even during peak traffic and high-demand moments.
The Outcome
Soccerex USA concluded as a technical and operational success, earning strong feedback from organizers, presenters, exhibitors, and attendees. MAXMedia Partners’ execution enabled seamless communication between international stakeholders, supported global media participation, and delivered the production quality expected by leading football organizations.
