Hilton operates at a global scale, yet demands absolute consistency in service, technique, and presentation behind the bar. Training bartenders across diverse regions required more than written documentation—it demanded precise, visual instruction that could communicate not only how tasks are performed, but why Hilton’s standards matter.

The Strategy

MMP developed a structured, modular video training system that treated each lesson as an operational standard. Scripts were written for clarity, universality, and instructional precision, ensuring content could be understood and applied consistently across cultures, languages, and experience levels.

Execution

The series was filmed on location using Hilton-approved bartenders and trainers. Multi-camera setups and close-up shots captured exact techniques, tool usage, and workflow. Post-production emphasized clean visuals, instructional graphics, and pacing designed for learning, not marketing.


All content was formatted for seamless integration into Hilton’s internal training ecosystem.

The Outcome

The finished series became a standardized training resource across Hilton properties worldwide. Bartenders were equipped to replicate Hilton’s precise methodology with confidence, reinforcing brand consistency, operational efficiency, and a unified guest experience across the company’s global footprint.
